The United Federation of Planets and Klingon Empire officially began operating under the Archanis Alliance on Stardate 240304.12, securing the two factions' future against the Romulan Free State and future aggressors.

The United Federation of Planets and Romulan Free State have been in a state of open war as of Stardate 240207.15, when the RFS launched a full scale invasion of the Federation and Klingon Empire. Hostilities began to come to a close on Stardate 240305.26 when the USS Bedivere joined Commander t'Rul of the FRW Tal'aura in ending General Oh's tyranny.

The United Federation of Planets and Cardassian Union have been at peace since it's near complete dissolution in 2375 following the end of the Dominion War and the Cardassian Rebellion.

The Ferengi Alliance initiated the process of applying for Federation membership in 2381 to protect their trade routes, finalizing the process some years later. They maintain a significant level of autonomy while still considered a member of the Federation.
